Our Team

To most people, R&D is an acronym for Research and Development. For us, it’s a nod to our founder, David Berry, who is the brains and creative craftsmen behind the company. The team have more than 25 years’ experience delivering signage for household brands and big-name stores. Captaining a team of designers, project managers, production & installation extraordinaires, Dave runs a tight ship, ensuring nothing but plain sailing for their loyal clients.

David likes thinking outside the square, and if that means sourcing some unusual materials for a unique result, then it will be done. Fastidious about the finish and quality of a job, Dave is renowned for staying back late to give a project one final polish before the big client reveal.
